ROY, Utah (News4Utah) – A 16-year-old boy was killed after being struck by a FrontRunner train Saturday afternoon in Roy.
UTA spokesperson Carl Arky said the incident occurred just after 4 p.m. near 2694 West 4800 South.
Officials originally said the person killed was a female but later identified the victim as a teen boy. There was a bus bridge in place for some time as investigators worked in the area. 60-70 minute delays were also reported on FrontRunner.
