Kavanaugh says the U.S. President is untouchable by prosecutors

WASHINGTON D.C. (NewsUtah)- Democrats say they fear that President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh could torpedo the investigation of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. 

In appeals court rulings and speeches, Kavanaugh has expressed his opinion that a U.S. President is untouchable by prosecutors and the courts while in office.  Brie Jackson reports on the debate over the special counsel and the nominee.
