Hatch makes case for Kavanaugh confirmation in Utah speech


SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah) – Utah Senator Orrin Hatch spoke Thursday at the Sutherland Institute about the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Hatch said the Senate should focus on whether the nominate has the qualifications for the job. He adds that judge Kavanaugh is qualified for the position.

“Judge Kavanaugh has been a judge on the dc circuit for more than 12 years and we know that is the 2nd most important court in the country. And he is acted with honor and distinguish,” said Senator Hatch, (R-Utah).
