ST. GEORGE, Utah (ABC4 News) – A groundbreaking was held in southern Utah on Friday on a large-scale affordable housing project.
The city of St. George partnered with Switchpoint Community Resource Center to create a 55 unit apartment complex called riverwalk village.

City officials say the $10 Million+ project is a key part of the city’s housing plans and was funded in part by the city, government grants, and private donations.
