Comic Con Fan-X is Coming

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) We are getting ever so close to the 2017 Salt Lake Comic Con Fan X! To talk about the big event on Good Morning Utah is Chris Provost. It’s today’s sponsored segment.
 
Meet the stars of The Princess Bride in March! Cary Elwes is an English-American actor and voice actor, best known for his roles as Westley in The Princess Bride, Arthur Holmwood in Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Robin Hood in Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Garrett in Quest for Camelot, and Dr. Lawrence Gordon in Saw and Saw 3D: The Final Chapter.
 
Wallace Shawn has written and starred in a variety of unique stage productions and off-beat films, including My Dinner with Andre with Andre Gregory and Manhattan with Woody Allen.  Salt Lake Comic Con fans know Wallace Shawn for his role of Zek, the Grand Negus in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, the voice of Rex in Pixar’s Toy Story Movies, Shorts, and Video Games,  and as Vizzini in The Princess Bride.  Shawn has appeared on dozens of shows, including BoJack Horseman, The Daily Show, ER, Family Guy, Phineas and Ferb, Stargate SG-1, and Ally McBeal.

Christopher Sarandon is best known for playing Prince Humperdinck in the movie The Princess Bride, the vampire Jerry Dandridge in Fright Night and Detective Mike Norris in the first entry of the Child’s Play series, and for providing the voice of Jack Skellington in The Nightmare Before Christmas.
 
Three of the stars from The Walking Dead will be attending FanX 2017! Josh McDermitt, is an American film and television actor and comedian. He is best known for playing Eugene Porter on AMC’s The Walking Dead.
 
Khary Payton has numerous TV credits for NBC, ABC, FOX, CBS, FX, USA, and Amazon under his belt, from multiple pilots to guest star roles on Criminal Minds, How I Met Your Mother, and most recently Hand of God. Payton is known for The Walking Dead, Teen Titans Animated Series, Young Justice, Batman: Arkham Underworld, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. 
 
Michael Cudlitz was born on Long Island, New York and grew up in Lakewood Township, New Jersey.  He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts, where he worked in TV and film production in the art department of various shows until he landed the role of Denver “Bull” Randleman in “Band of Brothers”.
 
The main goal of FanX™ 2017 is to produce an intimate, fun, family-oriented, unique, and even MORE AFFORDABLE FanXperience for our attendees. Ticket prices have been lowered and are about 65% of previous fan events with the new autograph fanXperiences that come with VIP and Gold, fans will get to meet more celebrity guests than ever before.
