Authorities chased a suspect through freeways and streets from Los Angeles County to San Diego County for nearly 3 hours Monday.
According to KABC, the pursuit began around 4:12 a.m. Pacific and ended around 7 a.m.
The suspect traveled at high speeds on various freeways, eventually leading officers into Oceanside in San Diego County.
The suspect eventually exited the freeway onto surface streets, barely missing crashing into other cars at busy intersections.
After a few failed pit maneuvers a female suspect was finally taken into custody.
No word yet on the reason for the chase.
