Blackbird flies into camera


PLEASANT GROVE, Utah (ABC4 News): A blackbird was recorded flying toward the front door of a home and directly into the Ring doorbell camera system.

The bird appears uninjured as it casually walks away. 

Did you know that?

  1. Farmers don’t like blackbirds because they eat sunflowers, corn, and other crops.
  2. Blackbirds build nests on the ground or in shrubs in fields or near streams. They don’t build nests in trees.
  3. Blackbirds fly to the southern U.S. during the winter.
