8 people busted in prostitution sting in St. George

News

ST. GEORGE (ABC4 News) – St. George police conducted a prostitution sting over the weekend and arrested eight people.

First police posted an ad on the internet offering sex in exchange for money. Police said each of the eight people called the number on the ad and met up with the undercover officer at the hotel.

All eight suspects face charges related to soliciting a prostitute.

Those arrested are:

  • Rasheem Akeen Barrett, 32
  • Jay Lynn Farnsworth, 45
  • David Byron Johnson, 44
  • John William Poglajen, 57
  • Mytiawo O’Broderic Sanders, 23
  • Gary Lee Shockley, 70
  • Reyes Ordonez, 42
  • Michelle Torrez, 53
