WASATCH COUNTY, Utah (ABC4 News) – A 33-year-old man died after his car rolled on SR-40 in Wasatch County on Friday.
Utah Highway Patrol said Joseph Martin of North Ogden was driving a blue Toyota Camry east on SR-40 near mile marker 49 when for some unknown reason he lost control. The vehicle veered off the road and to the right and down a steep embankment.
The vehicle rolled several times and Martin was ejected and died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
Investigators said Martin was not wearing a seat belt and alcohol or another type of impairment is being considered as factors in the crash.
