2 injured after plane crashes in Garfield County

BOULDER, Utah (News4Utah) – Two people were taken into the hospital Saturday after a plane crashed in Garfield County.

Garfield County Sheriff’s Office said the plane crash landed in Boulder around 5:45 p.m.

There were three people inside the aircraft. Two were transported to the hospital via ambulance with minor injuries.

Officials don’t know why the plane crashed. The investigation into the incident was turned over to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
