$10,000 reward offered for missing woman with dementia

CEDAR CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah)- The family of a Cedar City woman missing since April 28th is offering a $10,000 reward for information about her disappearance.

Deborah Carver, 59, suffers from multiple health conditions including early stages of dementia. 

Police say they are still investigating Carver’s disappearance, but at this time they have little information to go on.

The reward offered by the family reads as follows:

“$10,000.00 REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE DISCOVERY OF DEBORAH CARVER.
REWARD MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF PROVIDING THE INFORMATION LEADING TO
THE DISCOVERY OF DEBORAH CARVER; IF MULTIPLE LEADS COME IN FROM MORE THAN ONE SOURCE
WHICH RESULT IN THE DISCOVERY OF DEBORAH CARVER, THE $10.000.00 REWARD SHALL BE DIVIDED
BETWEEN THE PERSONS PROVIDING THE INFORMATION.”
