Good Things Utah
Born in 1931, Frederic Marsh Civish, Jr. grew up in Carbon County, Utah, named for its coal mines in the Wasatch and Book Cliff Mountain ranges. Today he shared his latest memoir with us, “Out of the Gulch onto the Mountain Top” which not only describes his life during the 1900s, but Utah as well.
Fred is also the author of The Three Sentinals, The Sunnyside War (about the 1922 United Mineworkers Strike) and Losing Weight for Life (Eating What You Like on the RMR Diet), which you can learn more about at bullofthewoodsbooks.com.
