Sugar-Free Chocolate Cups Dessert (Pot de Crème)

2/3 cup 1% milk
1 large egg
¼ cup Lite&Sweet
salt, pinch
1 cup sugar-free chocolate finely chopped
2 Tbsp. hazelnut extract or liqueur (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)

In a small sauce pan, heat milk over moderate heat until it comes to a boil. Meanwhile, place egg, Lite&Sweet, salt, chocolate and hazelnut in the blender, pulse until chocolate are broken up.
When milk boils removed from heat and add to blender on low and drizzle the hot milk though the lid opening.
Blend about 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into four or five serving cups.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hour.
Before serving add whipped cream if desired.
