Krista Numbers showed perfect gift and recipes for this upcoming Father’s Day. She talked about the Island Mint essential oil, and how it can help provide energy and calm. This can be a wonderful gift for dad’s that are busy with work and family, allowing them time to relax. She also taught us how to use doTerra oils to make a delicious steak marinade and savory grilled peaches.
