Simple Crepes

Say Bonjour to breakfast! Our 12-year-old kid in the kitchen, Marseille, added a French flare with her simple yet delicious recipe for crepes!

Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs

Directions:

  1. Start with the flour, salt, and sugar mixed.
  2. Slowly mix in the milk, egg, and vanilla and butter.
  3. Cook in ½ cup of batter in a sprayed skillet until it moves in the pan.
  4. Flip and cook on other side.
