Shredded Rotisserie Chicken Sliders
Yield: 10
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes  
Total Time: 15 Minutes
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Bottle of Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Slide Ridge Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh Garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon Real Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • To Taste Cayenne
  • 5 Cups Harmons Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 12 Miniature Ciabatta Rolls
  • To Taste Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • To Taste Bleu Cheese
  • To Taste Yee Haw Dill Pickles
  • To Taste Sliced Red Onion
  1. Melt butter and brush buns with half of your butter.
  2. Over medium heat in a medium saucepan melt butter and add garlic, sweat, 1 minute.
  3. Add buffalo sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  4. Bring up to a light simmer and add chicken.
  5. Toss.
  6. Toast your ciabatta rolls on the grill and fill with chicken mixture.
  7. Top with assorted optional garnishes and enjoy!
