Shredded Rotisserie Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Bottle of Buffalo Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Slide Ridge Honey
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Garlic
- ¼ teaspoon Real Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- To Taste Cayenne
- 5 Cups Harmons Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- 12 Miniature Ciabatta Rolls
- To Taste Bleu Cheese Dressing
- To Taste Bleu Cheese
- To Taste Yee Haw Dill Pickles
- To Taste Sliced Red Onion
Directions:
- Melt butter and brush buns with half of your butter.
- Over medium heat in a medium saucepan melt butter and add garlic, sweat, 1 minute.
- Add buffalo sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Bring up to a light simmer and add chicken.
- Toss.
- Toast your ciabatta rolls on the grill and fill with chicken mixture.
- Top with assorted optional garnishes and enjoy!
