Raw Chef Wendy shared a raw chocolate pudding recipe that your kids will enjoy just as much as you! The best part is there are vegetables in the pudding, so you will feel good about eating it!

Raw Chocolate Pudding
 
Ingredients: 
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 Tbl. hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbl. flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 c. purified water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. cacao powder
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 15 mejool dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbl. Organic Maple syrup
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients a couple of times in a high-speed blender until smooth like pudding.
  2. Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
