Annabelle Olsen knows how to do breakfast when it comes to the fall season! These delicious pumpkin waffles will make any morning start off great. 
 
Pumpkin Waffles
 
Dry Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
 
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
 
Directions:
  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine. 
  2. Cook in waffle maker on high for about 2 minutes. 
  3. Top with your choice of toppings
