- 1 pound of Bear Lake Beef hamburger
- Ground salt
- Ground pepper
- Finely diced onions
- 1 egg
- A dash of garlic powder
- Mix the hamburger with the ground salt and pepper
- Press the hamburger into patties with the Napoleon Burger Press
- Cook burger on sear burner quickly so it is seared on the outside and pink in the middle
- Put a dash of garlic powder on the cooked hamburger
- Garnish with finely diced onions and egg
