Mango Colada Smoothie

1 cup pineapple*, diced
1 cup mango*, diced
1/2 cup banana*, sliced
1 to 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, well-shaken
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
slice of pineapple and mango, for garnish

Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse a few times to break up ingredients and then blend on medium for 1 minute or until smooth.

* Fruit can be fresh or frozen. If fruit is frozen, reduce ice to 1/2 cup.
