Kim Correa felt the need to help the homeless issue in our state and came up with a care plan for homeless individuals who are nearing the end of their lives.
She provides hospice care and a comfortable home-like atmosphere to give honor and dignity to the dying homeless at the INN Between on Goshen Street. The INN Between opened in 2015 and has provided homes to many at their facility. The number of residents vary, anywhere from 5 to as many as 20.
Kim was nominated Nancy Mitchell and the Do the Right Thing Winner for the month of April.
