Pork Chops with Mushroom Blue Cheese Sauce

Chef Vaughn from Anvil Appliances, outdid himself on the grill today by making pork chops with a mushroom blue cheese sauce, roasted butternut squash and a diced apple side! This meal is fit for a king! Or four people if you’d like to get technical. 

Pork Chops and Mushroom Blue Cheese Sauce


  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops (2 Packages)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Pepper (you provide)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 Ounces Blue Cheese

Diced Apple Side


  • 4 Crisp Apples
  • 12 Ounces Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Apple Pie Seasoning

Roasted Butternut Squash


  • 1 to 2 Butternut Squash, depending on size
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Freeze Dried Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (you provide)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste (you provide)
  • 1 Gallon Zip Bag
