Emily Teixeira stopped by our kitchen to give us the inside scoop on all things Panda Express.
Peking Pork is the newest addition to the Panda Express menu. These crispy, lightly battered pork chop bites are complemented with green bell peppers and onions tossed in a savory sweet and sour glaze. This mouth watering dish is inspired by Panda Express’ Chinese heritage and is a reflection of America’s inclusive culinary culture. Peking Pork will only be served until the end of the year, so be sure to stop by your local Panda Express before this delicious dish goes away.
Along with the Peking Pork, Panda Express is also introducing a newly designed takeout box. This new box will honor Panda Express’ Chinese and American origins by uniting the Great Wall of China and San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge through a Chinatown archway.
Panda Express is best known for its famous Orange Chicken, SweetFire Chicken Breast®, award-winning Honey Walnut Shrimp™ and Shanghai Angus Steak™. The company was founded in 1983 at a single location. Now with over 2,000 locations throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Mexico, Dubai and Korea, it has become the world leader in Asian dining.
