The Utah State Fairpark is being transformed by a million twinkling lights into a “Fairytale Christmas”, a wonderland where the whole family will be amazed by our towering four-story light tree, illuminated castles and playgrounds, and 10-foot snowmen that never melt.

Lumaze light festival is open at the Utah State Fairpark until January 2nd. Tickets are limited due to restricted capacity and they’re selling fast. Tickets must be purchased in advance on the website: www.lumazelights.com. Family Passes are also available; they offer great value for two adults and three children (under 13). Lumaze light festival has truly transformed the Utah State Fairpark into a “Fairytale Christmas.”

There are over a million twinkling lights and a massive 4-story tree. Larger-than-life Christmas decorations, reindeer, snowmen and teddy bears are scattered all over the grounds. There is even an illuminated castle, royal carriages, and our very popular holiday princesses wander through Lumaze each night. Glowing, life-size picture frames are very popular for creating unique holiday photos too!

Last but not least, there are magical glowing swings and hopscotch, made for both kids and adults. If swings aren’t your family’s thing, then go play around on the gingerbread playground. Once you’re all tired out you can get your hands on hot and cold beverages and treats are available at the concession, as well as guest food trucks. It’s been a challenging year for everyone. Including public event companies. But Lumaze has worked hard to adapt and is determined to bring some safe Christmas cheer to Salt Lake City.
