Today’s secret from your stylist… trimming! Nicea stopped by the City Style Bar to see what Matthew Landis had to say about the good old hair trim.

If you’re in the process of growing your hair out, Matthew suggests coming in for a good trim only when it’s damaged or about every 10-12 weeks. He said damage can keep moving up the hair shaft if you do not stay up to speed on your trims.

Matthew suggests for men, about every 3-6 weeks.
