If you spent the better part of your younger years basking in the sun, you may find yourself with sun damaged skin.

Thankfully, Pattilynn Jensen from Avahlee Med Spa shared a few treatments that can aid in fixing the sun damage. The first option is to use lasers. A treatment like IPL or photo facials can do wonders.

Pattilynn said to keep in mind that treating your skin is similar to working out. Meaning you can’t get the results you want from just one go, you have to keep up on it.

Peels are also another way to sluff off and remove damaged skin. A combo of both a laser and peel treatment may be what you need, but Pattilynn said it’s best to come into the spa to assess your skin and find the right skincare package to repair your needs.

Avahlee Med Spa is located in Lehi at 3320 North Digital Drive. Visit avahlee.com or call (801) 341-8341 for more information.
