Best ingredients to use when washing Blankets by Brian items:
1/4 – 1/3 cup Baking Soda
1/3 – 2/3 cup Hydrogen Peroxide ..OR.. White Distilled Vinegar
1-3 TABLESPOON(s) of “sensitive skin” or “eco-friendly” soap (this means no dyes, perfumes, fabric softeners or “detergent dissolving pods”)
Cold water
When possible, Use the “Extra High” spin setting on the washer.  This helps reduce the drying time and increases softness.

Here are the drying tips:

  • Don’t dry with Heat!
  • Tumble dry on “Air Dry” (no heat) with “Wool Balls” for 15-30 minutes. depends on the size of the item.
  • When the item is 85-90% dry, take it out of the dryer and hang to dry.  This will drastically reduce the Static.
  • If you like Dryer Sheets, make sure that they DO NOT contain fabric softener. (Sensitive Skin dryer sheets)
