Reagan joined Todd and Sheri from Duerden’s Appliance and Mattress. They gave us three turkey tips to keep in mind this Thanksgiving. 

1. Use a rack not a pan. You want the turkey out of its own juices.

2. Always use a temperature probe. A turkey is done at 165 degrees. 

3. Use convection for a better tasting turkey.
