Here are 5 ways to spring clean your diet, clean up your plate and feel healthier:
- Eat more whole foods: (fruits, veggies, whole grains, wheat berries, quinoa)
- Power meals up with nuts, seeds and proteins
- Cut portion sizes and intake of processed foods
- Learn what foods to include in portion sizes
- Load up on greens
Although these tips may be a little difficult to follow in the beginning, you don’t have to be too strict on yourself. You can still have a cheat day and indulge in a slice of your favorite pizza, but also load up on veggies to fuel your stomach and feel more full until your next meal.
Through following these steps, you can feel more inspired to eat, live, and think healthier.
