Rob Howell, Chef of Zulu Piri Piri Chicken Grille and Nikki Davis, co-founder, joined us today to share details about their new African-fusion social impact restaurant, now open in Lehi.
The restaurant specializes in cooking up spicy, fire-grilled chicken-on-the-bone that has been tenderized for 48 hours in a South African Piri Piri pepper marinade. They shared that Zulu also brings a new idea to the table with its humanitarian Meal-for-a-Meal program. For every meal purchased at Zulu, the restaurant will provide a meal for a vulnerable child in Africa.
Chef Rob shared his recipe for the Zulu Piri Piri Chicken Bowl.
