- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chilies
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 tea. chili powder
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 cumin
- 2 cups cheese
- 2 cans green enchilada sauce
- 8 tortillas
- Mix and add 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of enchilada sauce.
- Put 1/4 cup of the sauce in pan.
- Scoop 1/4 cup bean mix into each tortilla.
- Pour remaining sauce and cheese on top.
- Preheat to 375. Bake for 15 mins.
