Chef Mike Fukumitsu from Ramen Nation showed us how to make two tasty ramen bowls. The classic Tonkotsu ramen is a traditional Japanese favorite. It has a pork-based broth and chashu, braised pork that has been cooked 7-8 hours.
Budda’s Belly is a hearty ramen bowl featuring chashu and karaage (Japanese fried chicken). It also has gyoza (Japanese pot stickers), bok choy, and bean sprouts.
