This is the perfect summer BBQ side dish that can be as kid friendly or adult styled as you like

Base Recipe: 

  • 16 Ounces Uncooked pasta (choose your favorite, not long skinny pasta)
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth(I simply use bouilion)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of stone ground mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cube of cream cheese

Get the chicken broth in a pot up to a boil, add in mustard and add in noodles and make sure that they are covered up in the liquid. Boil the noodles as according to package to an al dente state. Once noodles have reached desired doneness, remove from heat and simply add in the butter and cheeses. Stir until smooth.

  • Buffalo sauce
  • Liquid smoke

  • Bleu cheese crumbles
  • Cilantro

  • Drizzle of BBQ sauce
  • Ham cubes
  • Tri-tip
  • Smoked chicken
  • Brisket
