The Everyday Salad:

  • 1 Head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 -1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2-1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4-1/2 avocado
  • Generous amount of red wine vinegar
  • Sprinkle of nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 lemon, juice on top of the avocado
  • Mrs. Dash Garlic+Herb seasoning
  • Fresh ground pepper

Combine all of the veggies and squeeze lemon on avocado- toss. After tossed, add the vinegar and nutritional yeast plus fresh ground pepper. Serves one.
