Devrie Petitt from Happily Fed was here today to show us how to make Salty, Crunchy PB Squares.
Salty, Crunchy PB Squares: Makes 16
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup finely shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup each, 3 chocolate chip varieties
Step 1: combine all ingredients except for chocolate in a stand mixer.
Step 2: press into an 8X8 pan, refrigerate for 1 hour
step 3: remove from pan, cut into squares
Step 4: melt chocolate and drizzle over bars
