If you’re not a fan of pumpkin pie, then the pumpkin crumble is for you! 

Pumpkin Crumble

  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp four
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 cans evaporated milk (small)
  • 1 large can pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
  2. Beat eggs into mixture.
  3. Add pumpkin and milk.
  4. Pour into 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
  6. Mix cold butter and cake mix until crumbly.
  7. Spread on top and cook for 45 minutes.
  8. Cool, then refrigerate.
  9. Serve with whipping cream.
