If you’re not a fan of pumpkin pie, then the pumpkin crumble is for you!
Pumpkin Crumble
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp four
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 cans evaporated milk (small)
- 1 large can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions:
- Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
- Beat eggs into mixture.
- Add pumpkin and milk.
- Pour into 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350.
- Mix cold butter and cake mix until crumbly.
- Spread on top and cook for 45 minutes.
- Cool, then refrigerate.
- Serve with whipping cream.
