This Holiday Season, we will all need a boost of energy to make it through all the festivities. Instead of indulging in sugary sweets, here is a healthy alternative, VEGGNOG, that is full of all the holiday flavors!

PROTEIN VEGGNOG
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior illumin8 Vanilla bean
- 2 tablespoons pecans
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Handful Spinach
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for ~1 minute until the texture is creamy. Freeze the bananas first if you like your Veggnog colder and creamier. When you’ve reached a smooth consistency, pour into a tall glass and sprinkle more nutmeg and cinnamon over the top. This is Christmas in a cup!
