Tony Chen, Owner and Executive Chef of Tona Sushi joined us to share his recipe for Pork Belly in conjunction with Ogden Restaurant Week. 

Pork Belly


  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c srirracha
  • 1/4 c mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 c Mango/pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic


  1. Cook 350 degrees for 3 hours covered. 
  2. Uncover foil for 1/2 hour fat side up, check for tenderness.

The 6th annual Ogden Restaurant Week is coming up April 12- 21. Each restaurant will have a fixed menu for Ogden Restaurant Week (regular menu will also be available).
