Mini S’more Tarts

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa
  • Marshmallow Creme
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Graham crackers broken into small pieces
  • Mini marshmallows

Directions: 

  1. Bake Pillsbury dough in small balls in mini muffin tin for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees
  2. Mix cream cheese, cool whip, instant pudding, and cocoa until combined for chocolate cream mixture
  3. Spoon 1 Tbsp of marshmallow creme into cookie base
  4. Cover with chocolate cream mixture
  5. Garnish with chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers
  6. Use butane torch or place tarts under broiler to lightly roast marshmallows
