How to make sushi at home

Ty Hoang is the executive chef at Chopfuku with more than 10 years of experience in the Japanese cuisine and has come to our kitchen to show us how to make a delicious sushi right from the comfort of your own home! 

Sushi Roll

  • Inside fillings: spicy mixed fishes, cucumber, shrimp tempura.
  • 1st layer – snow crab and avocado
  • 2nd layer – maguro (tuna), escolar (super white tuna), and sake (salmon)
  • Toppings: tempura flakes, masago, tobikko (flying fish eggs),and micro-greens.

Ty explained that they are well known for their chef’s special dishes and fish, which they order straight from Japan and other sources.
