Graham Cracker Confetti Cookies
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 -16 oz rub of cool whip, thawed
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
- Combine cool whip and pudding until smooth
- Spread 1 1/2 Tablespoons on graham cracker and place another cracker on top
- Roll sides in sprinkles
