Graham Cracker Confetti Cookies


  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 -16 oz rub of cool whip, thawed
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz
  • Sprinkles


  1. Combine cool whip and pudding until smooth
  2. Spread 1 1/2 Tablespoons on graham cracker and place another cracker on top
  3. Roll sides in sprinkles
  4. Refrigerate
  5. Enjoy!
