For this tasty salad, there’s no specific recipe! It’s all about your tastes and creativity. Amy and Chef Paul stopped by the GTU kitchen to show us how to throw together a freestyle shrimp salad!

Here are the items Chef Paul used for the salad:

Lightly poached shrimp and seasoned with salt, pepper and fresh herbs of your choice

Julienned mango 

Onions

Mango salsa 

Just a spoonful of mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Throw it all together!
