Gabe and Cambria of @momscast love to eat healthy food. They were in the kitchen with Jessie whipping up a delicious, green smoothie.  

Fast and easy green smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 2-3 BIG handfuls of spinach or other greens
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • Coconut water
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 3 drops of wild orange oil
