Coco Loco Lime Cooler
Ingredients:
- 5 cups ice
- 3/4 c Coco Lopez {canned or in the squeeze bottle in the mixed drink section}
- 3 tbls lime concentrate
- Sliced Limes, for garnish
Directions:
- Put all ingredients {except for the sliced limes} into a blender and blend.
- Pour into cups.
- Garnish cups with sliced limes onto the rims and paper straw.
Mexican Corn
Ingredients:
- 12 Corn, husks on
- Mayo
- Parmesan Powder
- Chili Powder
- Cooking Oil
Directions:
- Soak the corn in a sink full of water {or cooler} with husks on for 30 min
- Dry corn, slather it with cooking oil using your hands to coat evenly on the outside, and then put on the grill for 30 min with the husk on {turn corn after 15-20 and cook for the additional 10-15 min on the other side}.
- Remove corn from grill, peel the husk back ,but leave it on the bottom so you have something to grab onto. No corn holders necessary here!
- Slather in mayo, parmesan powder, and then chili powder.
