Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats


  • 1 Cup oats
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I like to use vanilla)
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana sliced up
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips


  1. Mix the oats and almond milk and put it in the fridge overnight
  2. In the morning mix in the Greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp of peanut butter
  3. Top with 1 Tbsp of peanut butter, the sliced banana, and mini chocolate chips
