Dave Prows showed us how to make an easy chocolate ganache!

Chocolate Ganache


  • 1 1/2 c chocolate (chips or pieces, milk or semi-sweet chocolate)
  • 1 c heavy cream


  1. Place chocolate and cream in a metal mixing bowl on top of a double boiler (pot with water).
  2. Melt the chocolate while constantly stirring the ganache.
  3. When the chocolate is melted and fully mixed with the cream the ganache is ready.

This ganache is very versatile and can be used with many desserts. We had it on top of brownies!
