Chicken Shawarma Wrap
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast cut into strips
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Curry powder
- Garam masala
- Crushed chili flakes
- Red chili
- Paprika
- Lemon juice
- Oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and mix
- marinate chicken in fridge for 6 hours min
- Add chicken to pan with light olive oil and grill
- Served with The best Lentils and curry over cumin infused basmati rice , our house salad (Romaine, Tomato, Cucumber) Chili- garlic, Cilantro/Jalapeño house ranch, and Utah’s own Papa Pita!
