Cajun Chicken and Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 1/3-3/4 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Melt butter in heavy cream over medium low heat
  2. Once melted, mix in parmesan cheese and seasonings
  3. Simmer, stirring frequently for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and raised

Cajun Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 T creole seasoning
  • 2 T Morton Nature’s seasons blend
  • ½ c butter
  1. Cut chicken breasts in half
  2. Bread with bread crumbs and seasonings
  3. Fry in melted butter until cooked
