From Wheat to Pancakes in Under 7 Minutes

They are so easy anyone can make them, healthy-made with fresh “ground” wheat and delicious Best of all made from 100% food storage. No grinder required!

Whole Wheat Blender Pancake Recipe

  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 c. wheat kernels
  • 2 T. oil
  • 2 T. egg powder
  • Heaping ¼ c milk powder
  • 2 T. sugar or honey
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • ½ t. salt
  1. Add water and wheat to blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes (4-5 with some blenders)
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and secure lid. Press “pulse 5-7 times to incorporate remaining ingredients. Allow batter to rest 5 minutes.
  3. Pour ¼ c. of batter onto greased, heated griddle and cook approximately 1 minute or until bubbles break surface of pancake and underside is golden brown. Flip and cook for about 30 seconds. Repeat with remain batter. Makes about 10 pancakes. 

Berry Syrup

  • 2 cups berries- fresh, frozen or freeze-dried (one variety or mixed)
  • ¾ c water (only if using freeze-dried berries)
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 3 T. sugar or honey
