A London Studio now let’s you practice yoga with your pup. Doga was created by yoga instructor Mahny Djahanguiri in 2012. It aims to soothe and stretch both the dog and owner and incorporates dogs into typical yoga poses. Which makes the exercise all the more fun for humans and their canine counterparts.

If you do choose to start a doga practice with your pup, your dog can really only weigh up to 11 lbs. With dogs heavier than 11 lbs you will have to realign your positions and use a couple different, more stationary ones. Doga was also built to be an at home practice so that you can do doggie yoga anywhere. At the end of each session doga includes some stretches that both the owner and dog can enjoy. The stretching will de-stress your dog and amplify the nurturing nature of the experience.
